“Calling all visual and performing artists" for the 2012 Youth Arts Festival:
The Youth Arts Festival Planning Committee wants your assistance to make sure that the “WORD” about the auditions is spread to all of the youth in the City of Alexandria.
The visual arts and performing arts entry forms are now available for the Youth Arts Festival

Here are the quick items you should be aware of:
The date: Saturday, June 9
The time: 12 noon – 4 pm
The location: Buchannan Field, located behind the Jefferson Houston School
The Theme: “The artist with…”
If you are interested in volunteering, or participating in some way, you would be welcome to attend the next planning meeting will be held on Thursday, April 19 beginning at 10 am, here at the Durant Arts Center.
Any assistance you are able to provide will be greatly appreciated.
