Call for Entries - 21st Annual Show sponsored by the Central Virginia Watercolor Guild

Announcing the Call for Entries for The Twenty-first Annual Show sponsored by the Central Virginia Watercolor Guild, which will be held this year from September 4 - 30 at McGuffey Art Center in Charlottesville.  This is an all-volunteer effort by our non-profit watercolor guild, which raises the money to fund this annual show.   We offer excellent awards and have retained an outstanding juror.  The show is open to all Virginia artists age 18 and over.  Works solicited are essentially works on paper using various watermedia.   All details are clearly stated in the prospectus, available on the website.

about the Juror:  The juror for the 2012 show is noted watercolor artist Chris Krupinkski,
a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, the National
Watercolor Society, Rocky Mountain Watercolor Society, Allied Artists,
and the American Artist's Professional League, among others. She has
been published in major watercolor publications and has been a featured
artist in numerous leading national art magazines.
