Request for help in destroying a large number of keys

"Hello, I work for a public institution in physical security (keys and locks).  I  have an unusual question.  We have been seeking an effective way to securely dispose of a large quantity of keys.  So far this has been a challenge as we need to witness the destruction.  I thought maybe an artist who does metal sculpting might have some ideas on smelting.  Do you have any suggestions?  Do you know of someone in the DC area that casts metal?"
